ㅤpersonalityㅤㅤRosen is a daring, lively, bold, and occasionally ignorant young man who wants to honor his family. He became aware of the unfairness of the world at an early age, and he set out to change it through his actions and deeds. Rosen is a diligent worker who, if necessary, isn't afraid to get his hands soiled. Rosen has sworn allegiance to Ishgard as a dragoon, but his heart beats for everyone seeking salvation in these trying times. Rosen is not without faults, though, as he's quite overzealous at times.

ㅤbiographyㅤㅤ
Rosen was abandoned on the snowy slopes of Western Coerthas when he was a child. During a patrol, a small band of Ishgardian knights came across him. Rosen was eventually brought to Falcon's Nest under suspicion of being a heretic, despite the fact that no one knew where he came from or how he got there. Because of the strict rule of the Holy See at the time, heretics were a dime a dozen. While many would take up arms against Ishgard, just as many would defend Ishgard in order to maintain the status quo. Fortunately, Rosen was cleared of being a heretic when he met Ser Tourcenet d'Lafayette, the captain of the Knight's Guard. Rosen was a wild little thing, all bitey and fighty, but Tourcenet found him endearing. The two bonded during the rest of Tourcenet’s tour, becoming something akin to father and son. He taught the boy how to wield a spear, unknowingly setting the foundations for what Rosen would eventually become. Just when it was thought Rosen would remain there at Falcon’s Nest, Tourcenet decided to take the boy home with him and introduce him to his wife and daughter in Ishgard.

ㅤMercenary for Hireㅤ
Do you have a monster problem or maybe need a dangerous criminal hunted down? Or perhaps you just need a skilled bodyguard around to keep you and your wares safe? If so, look no further! Rosen is a skilled dragoon with many talents. He's a proficient monster hunter capable of tracking and capturing rare game. Rosen is also a skilled warrior capable of holding his own against a dozen or so men. If you're in need of a strong powerful ally, he would be your man.

ㅤPolitics & Wineㅤ
As much as Rosen dislike politics, he can't help but get dragged into a good debate kicking and screaming. He doesn't possess much love for those fussy highborns who still look down their noses at the good folks of the Brume. While he was raised within the lap of luxury within House Lafayette, Rosen is quick to defend those who lack resources or a proper home. He believes in protecting all of Ishgard's people, especially those who cannot defend themselves.

Does your character like the taste of stale wine and questionable cider from the Forgotten Knight in Ishgard? If so, they might run into Rosen there. He has a habit of showing up at the Forgotten Knight on Fridays, towards the end of the week. If you're in need of a drinking buddy, he's your man. Just be careful, Rosen is a little rowdy when he's drunk.

ㅤCold Aetherㅤ
Due to the abundance of aether he has pooling within him, Rosen is desperately searching for a way to expel this aether safely. One of the reasons why his sister Emeline passed was because of the high concentrated dosages of aether within him. While Rosen is quite unaware of this consequence, deep down he senses something deeply wrong with him. Rosen's aether will feel shockingly cold, nearly like ice, to those who have a strong aetherical leaning.
